10 to 12Low: No “No” or “Not sure” on the ★ questions. Your team has clear rules. Review them every six months: vendors change their terms often.
6 to 9Medium: There are sound practices, but they depend on each lawyer’s goodwill. One mistake can be enough for a disciplinary complaint.
5 or fewer, or a “No” on a ★High: The team uses AI without rules. The risk of a false citation, a data leak or a claim is real today. A “No” or “Not sure” on a ★ question (02, 04 or 08) is high risk whatever the score: on those points a single slip can be enough for a procedural fine, a disciplinary investigation or a SIC sanction.
