Is your team using AI without disciplinary risk?
In February 2026, Colombia's Supreme Court of Justice fined a lawyer 15 monthly minimum wages for citing ten non-existent, AI-generated rulings in an appeal (Order AC739-2026). These 12 questions show you, in five minutes, how much risk your team is taking on.

- 02An inventory of the tools in use, including phone apps

- 05Anonymizing documents before uploading them
- 06Checking every citation against the official source
- 07A record of what was done with AI
- 08Clients informed by contract
- 09Confidentiality clauses with AI vendors
